Don and Denise Basch started their business from the basement of their home, where they eventually grew to provide jewelry repair and custom jewelry service for almost 100 stores in the Northeast Ohio area.

After 13 years they realized that to do it right, you have to do it yourself! Since then, the family business has grown to become the most trusted and respected jewelry retailer in Northeast Ohio. While still continuing to provide expert in-house repair and custom design service, they pride themselves on having a unique inventory of the most precious designs and freshest styles so you can find the perfect gift for any loved one, for any occasion!

To this day, Don Basch Jewelers is still owned and operated by Don and Denise, along with their three sons Donny, Dan, and Dustin, and a loyal staff of experienced and educated employees, some of which who have been with Don Basch Jewelers from the beginning.

Donald Basch

Don is a proud father of five children, 4 boys and 1 girl, and husband to his beautiful wife Denise. Don has over 40 years of experience in jewelry repair and custom design jewelry work. When he first started out in the business he was doing mostly trade shop servicing for jewelers in Northeast Ohio and the surrounding areas, he may have repaired your jewelry without you even knowing it! To this day, you will still find Don sitting at his jewelers bench doing what he loves and does best!
