Returns, Cancellations, Warranty and Service Consumer Policies

Returns Policy

ShopIndē offers a “No Hassle” 30 Day Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied and wish to return your item within 30 days, email us at info@shopinde.com and we'll promptly send you a return label. 

  • Item must be returned in original condition:
    • Item must not have been altered including, but not limited to sizing of rings
    • Item must not be damaged. For items that have been damaged, please see our Service and Warranty policies below
    • Item must not display observable wear (e.g. scratches, abraded finish)
       
  • Item must be returned including original box & tags or an appropriate amount to cover these items may be deducted from your refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

ShopIndē is happy to cancel your order and issue an immediate refund prior to your item being shipped.

  • Simply request the cancellation through our site and if the order has not shipped, we will automatically cancel and refund.
  • Please note that we work to ship out your order promptly, and the window for cancelation can be short. Cancellations are most readily available within the first 12 hours after placing your order.
  • If the item has already been shipped it will need to be returned for refund upon your receipt of the shipment, as per our Return Policy. But don't worry, we pay the return shipping.

 

Warranty Policy

  • ShopIndē Warrants our jewelry to arrive free of manufacturing and material defects. 
    • Should your item arrived damaged, simply repackage it and request a return/refund with 48 hours of receipt. 
       
  • ShopIndē Warrants our jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days after receipt.
    • Should your item become damaged due to manufacturing defect:
      • If all materials/gemstones/etc remain intact
        • You can simply request a return as per above.
        • OR, you may request a “service referral” (see 'service policy' below and take your item to your nearest ShopIndē jeweler affiliate for repair at our expense (labor cost only)
      • If any materials/gemstones are damaged or missing, please contact customer service at info@shopinde.com for further guidance.
    • Please note that jewelry is a 'wear' item and our Warranty does not cover damage due to loss, atypical usage or hard treatment. 

 

Service Policy

  • ShopIndē has a nationwide network of affiliated local jewelers to whom you can take your ShopIndē-purchased item for service.
  • For the first 30 days of your ownership, request a “service referral” from our site. If there are manufacturing discounts we will cover the cost of labor. For other services we will work with local retailers to provide a discount when possible.
  • After thirty days of ownership, you can still request a 'service referral' to any jeweler in our network for the lifetime of your item, and be assured of prompt, friendly local service, typically at a discounted price.
